Talbott Legal was founded by J. Kasey “Tab” Talbott on the simple principle that everyone needs basic legal services and that it should be an affordable and pleasant experience. With current tax and estate laws, most of us do not need complicated estate planning. But, the value of having a knowledgeable attorney that can sit down with you and explain your options and provide tailored solutions to meet your needs is why Talbott Legal exists.

J. Kasey “Tab” Talbott grew up on a farm in Blount County and is an eight generation Tennessean. He is an alumni of Middle Tennessee State University, the University of Memphis and the Nashville School of Law. He calls the Christiana community his home, is married to Layne Draper-Talbott, an elementary principal in Shelbyville, and together they are raising boy and girl twins. He is a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church and serves on the Boards of the Rutherford and Cannon County United Way and Main Street Murfreesboro.
